things you need from target...like, now

Writer: Abby FortinAbby Fortin

Happy Thursday, everyone. It's your favorite crazy Tar-jay lady back at it again with a blog all about things I'm loving right now at my go-to store. Last fall I shared '5 fab target finds for any fashionista' and it's definitely been a while since I hopped on here and chatted about everyone's favorite retailer (sorry, Walmart).

I always find myself a little too long-winded when it comes to talking about Targ, so let's just jump right in so you can start adding these items to your cart...like, now.

JoyLab Crewneck

Women's Crew Neck Long Sleeve Fleece, $29.99

I present to you: my favorite pre- and post-workout sweater that's also perfect for lounging and wearing literally whenever. This crewneck is so soft on the inside, not too heavy and cropped (if you want it to be). I personally own this sweater in the XL size because I love things a little oversized...I'd definitely say it runs small and the XL hits at the very top of my thigh. I love this sweater and Target was kind enough to give it to us in four different colors.

SUGARFIX Pearl Hoops

SUGARFIX by BaubleBar Pearl Embellished Hoop Earrings, $12.99

I adore these feminine pearl hoops, probably because they remind me of a pair I used to own that disappeared into thin air earlier this spring. Do I own these yet? No...however, I will likely own them eventually because they are timeless and frankly, cheap. I love Target's SUGARFIX by BaubleBar line for so many reasons, but mainly because of how great the jewelry quality is at a pretty good price.

Leopard Print Bikini

Xhilaration Animal Print Bikini, $19.99/$17.99

After wearing a one-piece bathing suit daily for pretty much all of my youth, it has become hard to find a two-piece suit that fits me comfortably. Because of that, I typically either A) try to find a cute one-piece to wear, or B) avoid swimming at all costs. I can honestly say that this suit changed the game for me. It's super high waisted and holds everything in — when I dove into the pool in this suit, the bottoms barely even came down. Moral of the story here is that this suit is perfect and will likely be a favorite for years to come.

Leopard Print Shorts

Women's Leopard Print Lounge Shorts, $15

These shorts are, dare I say it, buttery soft. I hate when bloggers describe things as "buttery" — the way it makes me feel is comparable to the way some people feel when they hear the word 'moist'. However, I feel like it's a good descriptor for these shorts because they truly are so so soft and comfortable and great for sleeping/lounging. There's a matching sweater-top that goes with it too, if you're into that.

Wicker Chair

Mid-Century Patio Stack Chair, $63

On to my home goods recommendations. I don't own this chair and it doesn't really go with my current decor style, but I think it's so cute and surprisingly inexpensive compared to other chairs I've seen like this one. I think it would look great as an accent chair in an office or a bedroom, and although it says it's an outdoor patio chair, reviewers suggest not leaving it outdoors, or at least covering it if there's a chance of rain. It's also on sale for $63!

Floral Quilt

Medallion Stitch Quilt Multi Floral, $49-$69

Does anyone else think this quilt is so cute? I can imagine it in a girl's bedroom or a guest bedroom — I say as if I have any extra bedrooms to be decorating. I just think this quilt is so sweet, and there's plenty of Opalhouse decor pieces like wall art and prints that would pair perfectly with it.

Honorable mentions: Anything from the Studio McGee collaboration and the soon-arriving LoveShackFancy for Target line. I have my eye on this vase and framed art duo from Studio McGee, and I love these smocked and tiered dresses from the LoveShackFancy collab.
